Hey, I should get one first, I must have more cats than anyone on the site!

Nevermind, that my cats hardly shed, they are still slobs. Shredding cat toys and flinging food and litter all around, never bothering to clean up after themselves.

During shedding season, hair floats in the air in my home!

I wouldn't mind one of those Dysons if they decided to throw some our way!!
I think its awesome they wrote you back, and not just the form letter, that's the way to keep customers.

Unfortunately many companies subscribe to that impersonal mode of customer service.
Such a shame really.

Glad you are enjoying the vacuum. Don't let their form letter ruin that for you

It said, in part:

More than a third of Dyson's employees are scientists and engineers who are dedicated to pioneering the latest advancements in technology and design. Blah, blah, blah.

I sent them back another email telling them that I had expected a more personalized response, and did they even bother to look at the links I sent them?!

Grrrr....
I wasn't looking for a handout or any free product, but come ON, they could have done better than that.

It could work!
That is just a fantastic idea!

If they do that, I want to be one of 1000! With DH's allergies (to cats) we need a good vacuum. We have a pretty good one now, but to see what a dyson can do for us! That would be awesome!

I'd be happy with just the pet hair attachment to go with our Dyson!!! We keep a blanket on the couch where Lily always sits to catch her fur, and I washed the blanket today and realised there's a heap of fur UNDER the blanket for some reason. I just sighed, wished we had the super dooper attachment and covered it back up again

I would LOVE to have a Dyson. Could sure use it with four kitties and the ocassional foster. My brother and SIL just bought one and can't stop raving about it. They're going out of town for a week, so I asked if I could borrow their's and try it out. I'm dying to see how it compares to my current vacum.

I wonder if they'd be interested in using Bijou in a commercial for their vacuum since he loves to be vacuumed and I could get one too.

It would be super cool to be ni one of those commercials like that camera one too! I wonder what the chances of that happening really are!
