lets have a bad food day

I am sick of watching what i eat, SO i thought i would have a bad food day.

So far, i had,
nice big tall glass of 2% milk.
3 slices of extra cheese & mushroom pizza.
some kfc chicken
and once i get home from work, i think some chocolate fudge browine ice cream before bed
oh yea, i also had 2 bottles of diet pespi

man i feel so much better right now

i will go back to watching what i eat the on friday


err,can someone change the b to a d for me please.

Pshhhh, I never watch what I eat LOL Today I woke up and ate yogert, kashi cereal, doritos, and at 2 in the morning I decided to eat bacon and eggs. I eat whatever I want as long as I balance it out.

if i did that again, i would be back up to 400 pounds in a very short peroid of time, i look at food i gain weight.

mostley diet, i broke my back, which is how i got fat, cause i was eating the same as i did before. But not being able to the gym, i put on weight like it was going out of style.

for the last year, i been going to a gym with a pool and swimming for hour or more almost every day, hmm, i think i hvae become part fish in that time.

but i do miss not being able to lift anymore

I think you have to treat yourself now and again because it can get depressing


I'm sitting here with a bowl of raspberries in front of me. I love them but i'd rather have a chocolate biscuit with my coffee


Now because you've mentioned pizza i'm thinking "Hmmmm i fancy one of those tomorrow night!!"

Exactly!!! I love food, was deeply dissapointed last weekend as i stufed my self and then i realised that the food wasnt as good as it used to be!

hmm that sounds good also, But i was reading that pizza is not that bad for you, I used to eat a large one by myself, now i normally limit myself to 1 slice. I got a food scales and stuff at home, and i have been mesuring everything before i eat it. at first, the weight just seemed to melt off.
then once i got to about 290, it slowed down. it seems the closer i get to what i s want which is the 200 the slower it goes, i think i was stuck 230 for months or so it seems.

as i have said in other posts, losing weight is for me, not anyone else, For me i just felt rotten, unable to move, along with the back, i was just sitting and staring at the ocmputer or TV, that is not the way to live.

hehe but yea, sometimes you just have to give to that animal lust for PIZZA and ICE CREAM !!!!!!!!!

Oh i agree. I want to shift a couple of stone just to feel comfortable because since i stopped going to the gym myself it's crept on slowly


What i want to know is why do they make things taste so good?!

that is my problem i love to eat!!!

eheh the trick is stop living to eat, and jsut eat to live,(accept on slected bad food days)

I have those way too often, mainly because of access. If I'm on my way to teach or go to school directly from work then I stop at the local gas station and get whatever crap is there.

Hopefully since my life is lightening up now, I can get back to the gym more than once a week.
