I have an orphaned kitten that is about 4 weeks old. She was pretty healthy except for goopy eyes (which I have been using antibiotic eye ointment in) which are almost cleared up now.

Today I forgot to take her water out of her kennel when I left to take the parrot to the vet. When I got home she had dumped the water and flung a bunch of litter all over it (clumping litter) and it was a huge mess! She was soaked and I had the air conditioner on
I gave her a warm bath and then kept her warm against me under a towel until she was dry.

Tonight I get home and she is sneezing a lot
Do you think she caught a cold? Should I take her to the vet tomorrow?

thanks!
Ashlee

Goopy eyes is a sign of an URI...eye drops will make the eyes look better but the kitten needs to be treated with antibiotic. You should really take the little one to the vet. Good luck?

yes another vet vist is in order for this little one.
just one other thing, please dont use clumping litter , a lot of kittens try and eat litter and clumping litter is a lot worse then non clumping , and can cause a blockage.
let us know how the littlen gets on at the vets.
