No "out of office" wizard on TCS?

So why oh why don't we have an "out of office" wizard on the cat site?
You know that nifty little tool in Microsoft Office that automatically replies when you can't get to your e-mails?

I'm heading out of town on Thursday afternoon and will be gone a week. I doubt that I'll be able to get on here for an entire week. So I'll try to get my fix in the next 48 hours and will do some TCS jonesin while I'm gone.

That indeed would be very nice. You can post a notice on the cat lounge and have a friend bump it every now and then but this is probably frowned upon.
What is TCS jonesin? Is this a simple typeo or is it something else I am lacking knowledge of?
