No kill shelter in WNC

I saw this cute cat in the latest critter magazine (a magazine that helps to look for homes for animals) and it had the address of a website of Western North Carolina's largest animal shelter, and I felt sad reading about some of them and how they were abandoned. This man is building a new shelter and it is supposed to be bigger, so he can take in more cats.
