Be nice to public servants week

This is the National Public Service week in Canada. As a federal public servant, I often don't have people being nice to me (especially when I deny them benefits). So work is trying to make it up to us by being nice to us this week. Today we were given cake and ice cream. Tomorrow a BBQ and Thursday a bagel breakfast (a raise would be nicer).


So - have you hugged a public servant today?

I work for our City too- at our animal shelter "classified under public works" we should make an announcement about this and make everyone be nice this week Geesh- some lady with dentures came in this morning and i swear she wanted to tear my boss's head off Rude people can be soo unplesant!

Since the MPPs are not around, them being nice to us is saying that we can wear casual clothes but they are turning up the temperature for the A/C because we can wear lighter clothes.
