So my lil buddy Stan has been having some issues lately with diarrhea, and he managed to get it ALL around the actual litter box, except in it!!

I'm in a rental apartment, and my landlady is NOT a happy camper about this

I've cleaned up the immediate mess, attempted to use Nature's Miracle stain and odour remover.

But it hasn't worked!! i need more help!

i may have to borrow my sister's carpet cleaner

A carpet cleaner may be your best bet.
Don't rub, just blot, if you are doing it by hand. I use Woolite Oxy Deep- it seems to work pretty well. Oh! You could try some Dreft baby detergent (liquid). It may get it out.

Oh, what a mess! You have my sympathies! Good luck! I hope he's feeling better soon!

Hi lisa, if I may suggest, you could try using Folex instant carpet spot remover. We have that, & it even says you can use it on pet accidents, right on the front. I have used it for the same type of mess you're having, & it works perfectly!
Hope you find something that works, best of luck.

you may also want to invest in a small mat for under the litterbox so that any future "oops" will happen on a removable surface
I started doing this when my Stan was in the habit of perching on the edge of the box and hitting it about 50% of the time. It also makes cleaning up the stray litter a little easier. Unfortunately it doesn't help with what Bella flings across the room.
