I know, I love watching them stalk bugs in the grass, its so cute!
lol, my girls are the same way; they don't give my any trouble outside. Except Buffy, that is... She's my escape artist, so whenever I take the other two cats out, Buffy stays INSIDE! There won't be any encouragement for outdoor playtime coming from me, lol. I think that the reason the other two are so good about staying in the yard is that, while they LOVE being outside, they're still afraid of the unknown, and the unknown is the areas past the sidewalk, driveway, and the invisible line between the neighbour's house and ours, lol. And if they DO give me troubles, my dog, Jake, makes for great backup. Jake's presence alone makes Willow behave, and to get Molly to stop wandering towards boundary limits, Jake goes into herd-dog mode and will push her back in the direction of the front door, lol.They don't go outside much anymore, though, they're starting to really like the outside (enough to always be hanging around the front door) and I already have enough problems with Buffy, I don't need to introduce the same problems with Molly and Willow, lol. But Harley and Bailey look like they're having SO much fun! Love that last shot, the placement in the picture series with it's caption made me giggle, lol

Thanks all! I'll try to get more pictures posted (better ones) now that we're outside more often!
Gosh, you ARE lucky! Louie tries to climb the trees with his harness on & I stand there holding the end of the leash begging him to come down...
