Crazy weather....

20 minutes ago the sun was beating through the patio door... and just a few minutes ago the sky went dark.. it's like it's 9pm before the sun sets..

Then the wind came.. and now the rain.. and I can just now hear the thunder rolling in.

And least it's gone down in temperature a bit.

i hope the temp goes down!! ITS 97 here and its OPRESSIVE!!! i cant stand it,lol

It's amazing how fast storms roll in!!

My daughter just called to say a hydro line was down and she didn't think we had any hydro because she couldn't see any lights on in our house (it was raining too hard for her to run into the house).

Well it's calmed down a lot here. Still raining but the sky is brighter and the wind dropped too.

My mum works in Tillsonburg and she thought they were having a tornado, the winds were so bad, it was blowing dirt around and she couldn't even see out the window.

We are in the middle of very bad thunderstorms right now, and lightening of course! We will have this advisory until tonite So I am hoping that the rain and storms get it all out tonite so there is none tomarrow It takes for ever to do my hair, let alone add a cap and gown But o my, this storm is wicked right now, every 5 secs I am seeing lightening out of the corner of my eye through the window!

It was bad enough that they made an announcement for us to use the tunnel rather than go outside when leaving work. It took me forever to get home though, there was downed trees on the GO tracks, power was out in lots of places, lots of traffic accidents too

We are going to get hit soon with some nasty storms but it will bring cooler weather here with less humidity.

I work at Zellers in Tillsonburg and I was on my break during that bad weather. That was crazy. There was tornado warnings today, but thank god we didn't get any.

I can't believe that earlier it was like 37 degrees and now it is 13.

Yeah... Mother Nature hates us.


Everything is fine now.. a little bit windy but it's nice atfer it being so hot today.
Just as long as the thunder stayss away. Mia is terrified of thunderstorms and all afternoon she sat under the desk on my feet.

I made it home 5 minutes before the storm whipped through my neighbourhood. I was lucky because shortly after I passed a house 2 huge branches fell due to the wind.
