I didn't assign a number value, you did. However if you want to nit pick... "most" could also be any number over 50%. And "Hollywood" doesn't necessarily have to be limited to "movies", the whole Hollywood thing encompasses a vast spectrum of areas from producers to actors to musicians to TV actors. If you want to disprove what I say, feel free to do the research (start of edit)
Besides, there is no archive that I know of for such data, so I have no way of "proving" that my generalization is true. However, you also have no way of proving that it isn't.(end of edit)
However, while it might be a generalization, the point remains that those who do have a criminal record still manage to get work in their field and that the negative publicity seems to actual boost their careers for the most part.
