But I have to wonder if this mystery illness is kind of like the aliens in War of the Worlds. Paris has been exposed to something in jail that she has never been on contact with before - real people.
Well to her...Real People ARE aliens. She has been exposed to some degree to real people on her show, The Simple Life, but we're really nothing more to her, than something to laugh at, or for her to think we're crazy. I remember a Simple Life show, where she had the nerve to ask the people she was staying with, "What is Wallmart?" You don't actually have to GO to Wallmart to know what it is..
Personally, I think the judge is a little bit hard on her, but previously everyone has been too easy on her. She should have been ordered to do some community service on her 1st or 2nd conviction of the same crime, and I think at that time she should have been put on house arrest, with a stipulation that none of her friends could be seen coming in or out of her home. This past time when they said she'd be on House Arrest, but her friends could come to her, and she could party all she wants was also way too light. She should be taught the House Arrest isn't a country club for her, but still a form of prison. However, I do think it was a bit too rough when the Judge upped her time, this second time. Since they said she would be out in 23 days with Good Behavior, he should have left it that.
