but I use it as my watermark when i share my snakes photos on my snake forums.

Cool! I like snakes. I just couldn't handle feeding them

They're such pretty pictures. Do your snakes have their own room? Do they live together or have their own cages?

I figured as much since you have pairs.
I've heard they're an easy starter snake for breeding and of course an always popular herp.
By the way, Lazarus is stunning.

I don't have any snakes myself, at this time I'm just a gecko and turtle keeper.... and today was cage cleaning day.

I don't think I could ever have snakes, but Pandora is just amazing! I like the contrast of her white chin to the rest of her!

Makes me jealous. Corn and milk snakes are among the prettiest colored and flashy snakes. I'd love to own several different color ones and breed them together to see what new/exotic colors will be produced!

Very lovely snakes - can't understand why people don't like them
Raven has the most interesting belly markings

They all have their own seperate enclosures that are stacked that can open in the front (but are secured closed) in on a wall in our livingroom on the 3rd level of our house. It's great cat entertainment... much like a fish tank

Thank you
everyone for the compliments! They were all hand picked pets that I will be breeding. I call them my pets that I hope will support themselves financially. LOL!
Heck, they'll bring in enough $$$ to support all animals in the house
Not a bad service they'll provide.

Plus they are beautiful & I love to educate friends and family that come over about them & love to see my children excited about them and so on.

Over the river and through the woods...
I never knew snakes could be that colorful and not poisonous. Of course, I've never really researched them either. I don't mind snakes, as in I'm not going to run away screaming, but not my pet of choice. They are beautiful though! How hard is their upkeep? How often do you have to clean their cages, feed them, etc. I'm curious now. One good thing...don't have to worry about hair all over the place!

The hatchlings I feed every 4-5 days, as they get bigger I feed them every 6-7 days, as adults I feed them every 7-10 days. Their mice are purcased frozen and then put in bags and thawed in warm water before being fed to them. May sound gross to some, but we all eat meat too that comes out of the freezer

Cleaning and upkeep, I only have to spot clean by picking out the poop (they poop once 3-4 days after they eat). I completely change out the Aspen bedding that is in their enclosures once a month. I give them fresh water every other day. They really are an easy pet to keep.

I ignored your warning and opened your post. I really love the coloring of the red and reddish ones. However, that does not mean I want them on me!

Its natural for snakes to eat meat but I dont eat meat or dairy so I'd be a little sqimish about feeding them.

Anyway I like the way the mexican black king snake, but they all have beautiful colors.

How did you get involved with snakes?

Run mice! Run!
I've always liked snakes, but would never want to feed them. I did rescue a baby snake once though.
