i was wonder if kittens that are old enough to drink water from a bowl can learn to use a water bottle like bunnies and hampters?

i only say that cause the fosters i have, the ferals use the small waterbowl as a swimming pool and jump into that, then into the litter, and makes one HECK of a mess. i end up cleaning the kennel at LEAST 3 times a day, and thats taking them out, washing the paws, spraying down the kennel, and washing that, and cleaning the litterbox.

there HAS to be a easier way!!!!

Those water drip feeders would be a better solution and not so messy
but like you say not sure if they can learn to use them - suppose you'll only know if you try one, with the normal water supplies as well.

Keep us posted !

Yes, they can!!!
As with everything else, teach them young and they'll learn fast enough. I've had 6 week olds learn how to use the water bottle.
