I can't decide what to have to eat tonight. Bf had to work (his store is doing inventory until 3am or so) tonight, so I'm on my own. However, last night was my cousin's wedding and I'm recovering from a pretty good hangover since I almost never drink. We made the decision to get a room at the hotel where the reception was held so that we could both drink. Oddly, the bartender seemed to think that a rum and coke should have half a glass of rum and a tbsp of coke, so we weren't feeling so good this morning. I ate a bit of lunch (my parents took us all out) but it wasn't sitting so well at that point.

Now, I've had a nap, my stomach seems to have settled and I've been drinking water and gatorade all day, which has pretty much taken care of the headache. I'm actually starting to feel quite hungry. I'm not interested in cooking, though, since it's just me, so I'm going to get take out. I've narrowed it down to two choices:

Pizza - Pros: They deliver. And I don't have to go out, looking like a girl who spent the afternoon sleeping. That is very tempting. Plus, I haven't ordered pizza for about a month and it's one of my favourite foods.......CONS: It's greasy and more expensive because it's delivered.

Subway - Pros: Not greasy. Also, located very near to Blockbuster, so maybe I could rent myself something to watch tonight.....which would actually nullify the price difference issue. CONS: Mostly.....I don't want to go out. I'm wearing pjs, my hair is a mess and I haven't even showered today. It just seems like too much effort.

WHAT DO I DO?????

Even though your not dressed to go out, the pizza will probably upset your tummy. So I voted for Subway.

omg girl. My mom is the manager of a subway, and I swear by that sandwich for hangovers. I ate there EVERY time I had a hangover.
Granted, it doesnt totally cure your hangover, but it sure does feel good in your tummy.
NOOOOO to pizza. You'll feel so much nastier.
And as for you getting up and going to subway, for real, just throw on some clothes, hair in a pony tail, and a chin up shoulders back appearance, will fool them all.
Don't worry about that dear. You got a bf...And he more than likely thinks you're pretty darn cute with a hangover.

He better!
It's more about feeling icky than worrying what people think. I could shower, but my hair is long (pretty much down to my waist) and thick and it's just such a huge ordeal!

You really will feel better from the fresh air.
Got a baseball cap? Throw it in that?
My hair is loooong too, almost to my waist as well, and I know a clip or ponytail can work wonders. Even though it doesnt look good at all, it looks better than all natted and scraggly.
But really girl, go get a sandwich, and some chips.

You'll feel better afterwards.
And dont forget to let us know what you ended up doing.

I voted Subway for health reasons -- but if you go with pizza, just make it a veggie pizza and ask them to go super-light on the cheese. Healthy AND easy!

Sounds to me as if you are sufficiently recovered to handle whatever appeals to you. So my vote will be for pizza, so you can just stay comfy.

If you really don't feel like going out, does the pizza place make pasta too?

Okay, results are in! It was a close race, but the winner is SUBWAY. I realized I had to get dressed anyway to take the dog for a walk, so I just did both and now I'm probably going to change back into my pjs. I also got a movie (Running With Scissors....anyone seen it?), so I'm ready to curl up on the couch and relax. Now, if Addie would stop the constant meowing (she's in heat again....can't spay until she gains more weight, don't worry she has no access to an intact male. But she's driving me INSANE! lol), my evening would be complete.

Thanks for the help, everyone.
