If this is posted in the wrong place, please feel free to move it.
I just ordered a litter robot. ($300.00
) I hope that it's going to be money well spent. I currently have a littermaid and it's OK, but I'm not wild about it. It always jams up, and the rakes get really gross. Does anyone here have the litter robot? And do you like it? Was it worth $300.00? Luckily the place that I ordered it from has a 60 day money back guarantee. It said if you OR YOUR CAT isn't totally satisfied.......

I don't have one, but I would be very interested in hearing how you like yours- I'm thinking about getting one too (but am considering a refurbished one for $229, if the warranty is the same...

Well, I went ahead and did it- I ordered a refurbished one
. It said it may take up to 4 weeks for a refurbished one, depending on availablity, but I'm hoping they've got one in stock!
So,
...patiently...

We own a refurbished littler robot for a month now. It arrived less than a week after I place the order.

It is absolutely wonderful. With 2 cats I emptied the drawer every 2-3 days. With World's Best Cat Litter Extra Strength, there is no odor
. You do not need to buy special trash bags- the 13 gallon garbage bag fits nicely. Once a week I wash the drawer with vinegar & water solution.

Mine's here!

Got it today! Also in less than a week.
I'm glad to hear you are happy with yours
- I've got mine all set up and ready to go (though we can barely get to the commode with 2 litterboxes in that little space
). Hopefully, they will take to it quickly!

Mine showed up today too. Isn't it HUGE lol? At first I wasn't sure that Bijou was going to use it, but she has tinkled in it twice. It doesn't seem to frighten her when it cycles either. I'm SOOO glad to be done with that messy littermaid!

Cat # 1 uses the new box!
(Even if I did stick her in there- lol
)

It is huge!
The box is 3 feet tall!
My dh said "Well, it ain't pretty..." I'm thinking it's beautiful, compared to scooping the box or cleaning cat poo/pee off the floor!

catsallover & Bijou's Mom- awesome! Do you have black or white? Ours is white to match carpet (white/cream colour) and cats (both white)
. The litter robot arrived 2 weeks before we brought our kitties home. First night we brought them home, they watch me set it up. I was surpise to see they use it right away. Keep me posted.

Mine's the white/cream/whatever color they called it, I can't remember- to match the litter!
And it also goes better in our cream, white and green bathroom. So far, just the one cat (the 14 year old!), but the old box is filling up fast...ugh

We got a black one.
It reminds me of a little space pod.
