Well, to cut a long story short, we called a rescue this morning and they had hams, we went there looking for a lone dwarfie and came home with three russian dwarfs...I'm thinking they're campbells but not sure yet.

In not technical terms, there are two white ones and one browny coloured one.

I have photos of one of the white ones..I'm thinking he's an albino campbell?

Sorry for lots of pics lol
Will get photos of the other two as soon as possible.

Any name suggested? We're leaning towards Tic, Tac and Toe but not sure yet. They're boys btw
They're about a year old and have lived together all their life.

aww what a cutie - I'm gonna be a real pleb here - what are they, cos they look big to me for hamsters, but then as I said I'm probably being a total pleb and well, they look like some sort of chinchilla or something to me

anyways, the white is a cutie for sure

Yep, they are hamsters. They are actually tiny, only about 6cm long at the most.

Patch, your new hamsters are adorable!

I have a Russian Campbell's Dwarf hamster named Munchkin and your hamsters look like they are Russian Campbell Dwarf's too.
Here is a hamster color chart to help you identify yours.

My hamster Munchkin is a blue hamster, here is a photo of her.

Have you decided on names for your hamsters yet?
The only ones I can think of right now are Snap, Crackle and Pop.

Thanks everyone

I've now decided they're definately going to be Tic, Tac and Toe.

Tic and Tac are the white ones, because of the little minty sweets "Tic Tacs"..
Tic is the one with the light nose
Tac is the one with the darker nose
Toe is the brown one

It's soo hard to tell the white ones apart, I can only tell when I get a good view of their face :

Oh, and for anyone interested, we have come to the conclusion that they are all campbells - Tic and Tac are either albinos or red eyed whites and Toe is a normal campbells

Last time I owned a hammie was when I was a teenager and my little Peanuts was a normal brown/white banded one. They have so many different kinds now, I wouldn't know one breed from the other

Just found out on a hamster website (with the different kinds) that my ordinary hamster was the Syiaran (sp?) one.
