I'm almost done packing for our vacation. I'm working on a list of things for our house/pet sitter. It's my friend's sister and she's house sat for us before so I'm not worried about that really. She'll be staying here and all. I just hate leaving my home and the girls I guess.
I've been looking forward to the vacation and all. I don't know why I get this way. I always have. I get everything from a nervous stomach to panic feelings. I don't know why I have to be this way! I know once we get there I'll be fine, but every now and then I'll get a thought of home and again.
It's even worse when we go to visit my family in NY. Then I get all that, plus extremely sad while on the drive home! Can't win or loose there!
Right now I'm listening to some Sinatra style music and trying to relax for a bit. DH is trying to hook up the satellite radio in the other car so we can take that.
To top all this off, one of my friends who lives out of state and had a baby in Feb is coming home this week, while we are away! And my very best friend who had a baby in Japan in January is trying to come home this week too! I just hope and pray and hope and pray she'll be here when I get back! I'm going to be soooo upset if I don't get to see her and the baby! Both sets of them!
