Black and white? How about Domino, or Oreo. I usually like to see a cat's personality before choosing a name...sometimes they just choose it themselves!
when I was a kid our neighbor had a black and white dog named "Skunk"
but I had a black and white kitty named Sylvester. not very unique but it fit him.

or you could name it Pearl, and when they notice the black, just say she's slightly imperfect, like me. (assuming you think you are slighly imperfect that is)

We have been calling her, "Emo Cat," as she is a loner, and is constantly going up and down the stairs. She is terrified of Sam, and basically lives under my bed.
