Man I think I'm going to change my name to "injury Gail".
On Tuesday while heeling in some plants I smacked my right ear with the shovel handle and later that afternoon-well Neil didn't take the trailer hitch off the truck bumper so I ran into that with my knee.
I have very tight hamstrings-I'm squatting up and down alot every day- many days its really uncomfortable sitting and driving!! Yesterday I thought I felt a sharp pain but of course ignored it-today while planting I felt that pull again (left leg) and it hurt to walk for a bit. Not good timing again-I'll have to chat with my college coach sister to get some good advise.
Must be that age thing going on!!

Thanks for letting me whine!!

Are you feeling better, Gail? You are getting rather accident-prone lately.

Its a bit better-its the worst when I have to sit in a vehicle. Now if I did my stretching like I should...... I have enforced rest due to all the rain we have gotten since Friday and more expected tonite and tomorrow.
Thanks for asking!!

I think we need to put you in a bubble so you don't hurt yourself anymore!

That bubble thing sounds kind of fun...id go in one of those a la guniea pig, and save myself a few bruises too!
Heres hoping for fewer obstacles in the coming days!
