If your kitten is 4 weeks old and has diarrhea, then I have no doubt she'll be dehydrated.

Blood in a kitten's stool is not good, and you really need to get her to a vet and soon.

The kitten may have something wrong with her that's causing the diarrhea and bloody stool, and being so young and fragile, it won't take much to make her very very sick.

Please ring around the vets, find a cheap one, and explain the situation to the vet to see if you can go on a payment plan.

Good luck!

I agree...only 4wks old - its not going to take much to get that little one dehydrated. Once that happens, it would only be a few days before the unimaginable.... For the blood - you should be concerned..maybe there is some sort of blockage that has caused a small tear in her stomach or rectal area or maybe all the diarrhea has caused her to become raw and now she is bleeding. Plus still having diarrhea, could set up an infection(if she does have a small tear/continues bleeding).
You should definitly call around to different vets- Ive been to 3 with all my animals in the past 20 yrs - the one Im currently with does accept payments-plus he is cheaper than my previous 2 vets. I wouldnt wait until Monday either- sooner the better, she's too little not to worry and to be extra carefull with. Keep us posted!!
