The Cat Lounge 'Be Pink' Thread

I have not come to this thread yet! I like reading it! Well, this is really silly but my PINK thing for the day was I was doing the dishes and I took the dish soap and was about to pour some and when I squeezed itTONS of small little bubbles came out and were flying around everywhere and made me laugh! Just thought I would share it!! I know, dorky huh?

Someone mentioned that we could do with more 'pink' happy thoughts in our lives so I am dragging this back up.

I have posted about this in the ferals forum, but my pink is my shelter feral is starting to trust people, she has progressed a lot with me and jumped into my lap last week and didn't snap at the person cleaning her cage today

My Pink moment was getting to work and getting greeted by a very happy Weimer puppy. He hadnt seen me since Friday and I think he forgot about me until I got there

It made my day!

My pink moment today was getting the voucher for Ike's spay, anesthesia and other meds was only $40!! So cheap in comparison...purrfect for my budget

My pink moment is that I passed a chemistry test with 5/6. Whew! I wasn't expecting that. Oh yeah, when the tutor was telling people off for not practicing their equations, she singled me out and said that she has no problem with me.

She said she wouldn't hire anyone else in science jobs if she had the choice.

My pink moment happened when I put my two cats in the same room and closed the doors and there wasn't any hissing or growling.

My pink moment??? Well, today is Bank Holiday - which means NO WORK

and.... as if the day couldn't get any better, I'm watching a Tom Hanks film

My pink moments today were not having to do anything....which is what vacation is all about!

Just seeing that scene in my head made me smile. I just love Weimereiners! And Weimer pups are just...gosh there's not a whole lot of things in this world cuter than a Weimer pup.

My pink moment is I raced a camaro with my Saturn

I lost of course but it felt good to let loose since I'm usually uptight.

I am really looking forward to the 3 day weekend coming up for Labor Day!!!

Also, after waiting for a month, the vanity top we ordered for our bathroom came in today and our bathroom might be finished in about a week!

He's my work buddy! I love him! He's a rescue and thinks he's a lap puppy needless to say it doesnt work well! He is about 10 months I believe maybe a little more.

My pink for the day was that my step-brother found some of my old bath toys!!!!

He almost threw them out, well actually he did, but Mom and I rescued them!!!

Mine was this morning, when I woke up. I'd left the AC on high because it was so hot yesterday, and overnight it got the house down to about 68 degrees. I woke up with the blanket pulled up to my chin, and my boys Mischief and the Hobo on either side of my head like a pair of fuzzy, purring ear muffs.

If I could have reached the phone, I would have called in sick

But, once I got out of bed, the magic was broken, so I went on in to work

My "Pink moment" today was that we were approved for adoption of a new kitty

We got to bring the handsome boy home today and he is now in a room as we try to slowly introduce him to the others

My pink moment was when my phone rang this morning letting me know that I passed the credit check and I am getting the apartment we want. I need to pay an additional deposit because of the foreclosure, but at least we got it! So I will be moving beginning saturday Sept 1st

I have had 5 pink weeks with various grandchildren staying, and doing lots of fun things with them.

My pink so far is that Luna came and slept on the pillow right next to me (she likes to share my pillow).

Aside from having to inhale fur, its so comforting to have a fluffball sleeping right next to you, snuggled up against your head.

My pink today was our new kitty, Lyra, spending the night with us on our bed and being cuddly in the morning.

My pink day is more like a week. My sis and I are going to a Combichrist concert this weekend and it is going to be alot of fun. I even get to play dress up (dying the under part of my hair purple and gonna wear some freak pants w/chains... too fun). My sis and I havent had a fun outing like this in awhile so I am looking forward to it. I need a fun day, been stressin bout my kitties lately.
