but that about a week ago, i broke some bones in my right foot, and i did not feel it at all, However now i do. and i mean, big time, i really wish i had stayed home today, Both feet, feel like they are bing hit by hammers, and itchign like crazy.

and like i side, touching my left leg below the knee now feels normal. like touching your arm.
Hon, maybe you should see a doctor? Seriously. If there is damage in the foot that you are feeling now, that probably isn't a good thing (for the foot) but maybe good for you over all. But, you need to find out what's going on.

this is a HUGE deal. Those are excellent signs of nerve healing.

My brother had to have multiple brain surgeries and he had a spot on his head that was numb for almost two years. Tingling, itching and burning pain were symptoms he had when the nerves finally started to regenerate.

I too am keeping my fingers crossed this recovery in the making!

This sounds like a good sign of recovery. Have you made an appointment at the dr's yet? If not, I'll put on my nagging wife hat (my DH says I can on TCS if it helps me avoid using it with him) and tell you, make an appointment asap!

thanks, for asking.
hmm, i did call and talk to the neurologist, he said it could be that, my spine has shifted, and is now allowing better communation, but they wont know for sure with a MRI again of my spine. Which i have done every couple of months anyway.

there is not much they can do for nerve pain, the only tink the pain stuff they give me does is put me to sleep. so i am sitting here in the office with my feet burning and itcing again like crazy, i am just doing my best to ignore it,

oh i am walking normal today,no limping, and no muscle camps in my lower back that been getting. so i guess that is the trade off right now

That's just the most wonderful news!
I wonder if a topical anti-itch cream might help -- something with hydrocortisone, maybe? You wouldn't want to do that for long, though, and probably not with shoes on... because, as I understand it, covering the area can cause the cream to soak in and become systemic, and of course that's no good with a steroid.

I'm sorry it's so unpleasant, but... what a great problem to have!

the itching is coming from the inside, not from the skin, so the stuff i put on does nothing, just have to deal with it,

feels like i have 10 million little ants in there right just runnign around doing the lets tickle the human.
