arggg i need help with this pen tool, its making bad words come out my mouth lol. help iv never used the pen tool and i dont know how to , i keep getting all this horrible angles that i dont want.!!

Here is my attempt.

After:

Now I couldn't do the Photo filter step or Radial Blur. I did use Gausian Blur instead. The white kinda disappeared(didn't notice until now) with the last 3 steps.

yea i ended up using the epliciate tool SP? but its after that i get stuck, with all the different layers and such then it wont fill after doing the rest of the pupil when filling it all in black and changing the opicity to 35% it wont fill.

I tried it to see where you went wrong with the white, you need to put the blur layer behind the lower opacity regular layer
