We've just recently adopted two cats and on their info cards, their breed is indicated as 'DSH'

Can someone tell me what this abbreviation means?

They are both rescue cats and are both white and ginger in coloring.

Thanks!

DSH means Domestic Short Hair - a posh way of saying they are moggies. I love ginger cats - do you have pics of them?

Now this question I can answer without cultural difficulties!

DSH is Domestic Short Hair, as others said. A DMH would be domestic medium hair, DLH domestic long hair.

they have gorgeous coloring. A fine example of the DSH!

Aww I love orange kitties. Yours are so sweet. And they look like they're absolutely in love with each other. Are they brothers, or just really good friends?

They are rescue cats and only got them on May 19. Alfie is just over two years old. He was adopted a year ago from the same cattery, but his owners gave him back. They would be out all day and when they got home, he would be very boisterous. Apparently they couldn't handle that so gave him back. All he wants is some attention. Yes, he can be very talkative, but I love it! I just talk right back to him.

Noddy is about 10 months old. His owners had to get rid of him because they couldn't take him to the new flat they were moving to.

It really is amazing how well they get along, although Noddy can be an instigator! They have their wrestling matches and play around, but at least there's no hissing or spitting.
