Just wondering if anyone else has the nike+ipod attachment & runs with it? I'm a beginner-runner and have been using it for the past 2 months (had to slow down b/c knee pain...actually, haven't run in the past 10 days due to really bad knee pain
).
Thought it might be fun to start up a beginners' challenge (no more than about 5 miles per day).
Anyone game?
P.S. Isn't the best part seeing how many (or worst: how few) calories burned?!
Or getting the Paula Radcliffe or Lance Armstrong message at the end of your run!
