It's been almost a year since I've done an adoption.

I just talked to the director of our shelter & I agreed to do an adoption this week. I realized today It's probably been close to a year. It's always sort of fun to see where the kitties will be living and to see how happy people are to get them. I have to admit, I'm really looking forward to this.

Aww congrats on the new kitty! There are alot of busy adoption agencies and shelters this time of year in wisconsin...Have you picked out a potential furball yet? I wish i could adopt more, the bf has me on lock down lol...No more kitties

No I'm not adopting a kitty (although I would if I could). I volunteer at a shelter and I'm taking a pair of kittens to their new home.

It was a very nice home, but a very hard thing for me to do last night. I was trying to stay focused but really in the back of my head all I could think about was taking Jordan for his follow up blood test. It was really a bitter sweet kind of thing because it was nice to see little babies in a happy home, but it reminded me of the night I brough Levi & Jordan home.

Aww you did a good thing giving them a loving home, Im sure it was difficult letting go!
