I don't think I could pick just one song so here's a little list.

Under a Glass Moon by Dream Theater
the album The Human Equation by Ayreon (it's impossible to pick just one song)
Paradigm Shift by Liquid Tension Experiment
In The Name of God by Dream Theater
Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen
Master of Puppets by Metallica
Crucify by James LaBrie
Glasgow Kiss by John Petrucci
Hours of Wealth by Opeth
The Grand Conjuration by Opeth
and probably a bunch more that I'm forgetting to mention.

Good lord! I knew I was old, but... the only song mentioned so far that I even KNOW is Bohemian Rhapsody! (I love it, too, though.)

Like most people, I can't possibly narrow it down to just one song... but I can list some mighty contenders for my personal Top 40:

Don't Think Twice, It's All Right -- Bob Dylan
Bridge Over Troubled Water -- Simon & Garfunkel
Hallelujah -- Leonard Cohen
Desperado -- The Eagles; written by Don Henley & Glenn Frey
Up On The Roof -- classic; written by Gerry Goffin & Carole King
I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry -- Hank Williams (Senior)
Sweet Baby James -- James Taylor
House of the Rising Sun -- traditional; favorite recording by Eric Burdon & War
You Never Can Tell -- Chuck Berry
Heart of the Matter -- Don Henley
Goin' Up The Country -- Canned Heat
Crazy -- Willie Nelson
Our Love Is Here To Stay -- classic; written by George & Ira Gershwin
Round Here -- Counting Crows
Thunder Road -- Bruce Springsteen
Couldn't Stand The Weather -- Stevie Ray Vaughan
St. Judy's Comet -- Paul Simon
John Mayer -- No Such Thing
Aloha -- Uncle Walt's Band
Me & Bobby McGee -- written by Kris Kristofferson; favorite recording by Janis Joplin
Cold Shot -- Stevie Ray Vaughan
Hot Rod Lincoln -- Commander Cody & The Lost Planet Airmen
I'll Be -- Edwin McCain
Walking In Memphis -- Marc Cohn
Rhythm of the Saints -- Paul Simon
Shower The People -- James Taylor

Sheesh. The more songs I think of, the more songs I think of.
I'm so grateful every day for the sheer joy of music!

I LOVE SKINNY PUPPY! The Pro-Test video is insane! A co-worker of mine has a ticket she has to give away to the upcoming show in Illinois... I might ask my sister if she wants to go! I live in Wisconsin, what bar you talking about?

"Solsbury Hill" by Peter Gabriel and "Tiny Dancer" by Elton John are my favourite songs. It doesn't matter how bad my day has been -- if I listen to either one, I immediately feel better. (And I have a little superstition surrounding both songs: nothing bad can happen to me when I'm listening to them. It's like they're a talisman or something, protecting me from evil things.
As security blankets go, at least they're pretty cool!)

My fav is "Better Together" by Jack Johnson. Actually, anything by Jack Johnson rocks (think surfer dude meets Grateful Dead).
