hi all
we have a problem. A problem that has caused fights in the house. My mom's cats were on Natural Balance venison and green pea until the recall because Dolly has food allergies (gets the runs). When the recall happened, they were switched to an indoor formula (the name of which I can't remember) which worked fine until I moved home. I have a kitten, Dynah. She is 8 months now. We switched to Natural Balance Ultra (which is what I'd been feeding my cats) but Dolly has had the runs off and on for 2 weeks now. The vet is suggesting a perscription diet, with some sort of extra food for dynah. Problem is that dynah doesn't eat wet food...wont do it. I've tried about 5 or 6 brands and even taking the dry up for a few hours beforehand and pureeing chicken. She doesnt like it. So there's nothing for me to suppliment with.
The question that I'm getting to is does anyone know of any brands of dry food that are all stages and also allergy free, like NB was?

Thanks guys.
Jess

One Nothing is allergy free ... cept maybe SD Z/D ultra ...

Many foods labelled ADULT are all stage ... just look to see what the AFFCO statement is ... if okay for a kitten it would say AFFCO testing or based on AFFCO profiles this food is suitable for all life stages... or something like that..

I know that Natures variety foods are all life stage maybe one will fit your allergy bill...

seems I got my terminology wrong, and for that I apologize. Glad you could get the drift of what I was saying though. Do you know what the testing profiles would be for Canada by any chance? Might even be the same maybe. Thanks for the link, I'll check it out.
