Please pray for Tucker the black lab

Oh my it seems that so many furbabies are getting sick lately.

Tucker is a 2 year old black lab...he is the baby of a friend.. He started seizing yesterday and his parents rushed him to the emerg vet..They sedated him and he was STILL seizing

It isn't looking good for him, so if you could PLEASE spare some vibes for him. His parents are a wreck..they think he may have been poisoned.

Isn't that the truth?
I seems that way to me too, I thought maybe because our Lizzie got so sick so fast and had to be put to sleep that I was just noticing it more now.

I'll keep Tucker and his family in my thoughts and Prayers.
Bless his little heart.

Aww Natalie- i will keep poor little Tucker in my prayers Please keep us posted on him!! (also- if he has been poisioned and they cought it early- the vet may be able to give him some meds to detox his system and get it out- it might just take a while to kick in). Good luck! I hope all goes well and he recovers soon.

Good news!!! Tucker is home, and he seems to be okay.

He had gotten into some rotten roast beef that someone threw into his backyard..and that must have somehow poisoned him

They are hoping there is no brain damage as he was seizing for 4 hours. He is still understanding commands such as sit, car ride, etc...so we hoping that there is no brain damage.

I guess they had him on IV, and maybe detoxed him..not exactly sure how they did it..But the important thing is he is home!!

Thank you so much for all your prayers, they really helped Tucker

That's wonderful news, I'm so glad that he's home and on the road to recovery.

Makes you wonder if someone didn't put something in the roast beef on purpose and throw it into the yard.
