Adonis

My baby Adonis was sick but I didn't realise how sick he was until about 2 weeks ago. He started just laying in a chair, not eating or sleeping with me in bed anymore too. I had taken him to the vet and was told that he had a tumor on his side and it grew to be very large very quickly. He had went from 8 pounds, the vet had said this was too little, down to 6 pounds in 2 months. I decided that since he seemed to be suffering and wasn't the same that it was time to put him to sleep so he wouldn't hurt anymore. I miss him very much but I know he is better now, I hope that rainbow bridge is true because i would like to think that he will be waiting for me all better one day. I am going to try and post a picture of him here so you can see how pretty he was. He was definately a part of my family and he will be missed very much, I can't wait to see him again with all of his legs and to hear him purr again in my ear.

Adonis is now free in spirit to watch over and protect you from the spirit world. I believe that their spirits do watch over us.

Im so sorry. I too just put down my cat Manny who had just turned 6 this month. So like you are probably feeling about his age I am too. 6 years is way too young for a cat, but its also a long time for them if they are in pain. As hard as it is it was for the best. I think he will be waiting there for you and will be pain free when you are reunited with him.... Thats all we can hope for right?
