Penny ventures out into her new space

Here she is taking her first few steps out into the living room:




Ferris is tracking her movements throughout the apartment. Here he watches as she sniffs around the floor of my roomie's bedroom.




And here is his seemingly angelic face as he sits and growls at her - he sounds like a wild animal - a bobcat scream/growl:



Oh - and that is catnip in his mane. He wears it well.

Then Penny decides she wants to scratch the carpet - this is a no-no as it doesn't belong to me (I hate industrial loop pile) so I give her a scratcher and she uses it quite a few times over the afternoon, getting praise each time.
