This has been requested by a few people, so I found a decent tutorial on it.
Most brushes can only be applied in one colour.
The fractal type brushes and 'space' look brushes look great when applied in white or a light colour and have colour applied on top, here is how to do that.

1. Make sure you use a dark background,
3. a light brush on a new layer
3. and then use a new layer for the colouring shown in the tutorial
