Up till now, the kittens have each been gaining 10-20 grams per day. The past three days, however, ALL of the kittens weight seemed to be at a standstill. Then this morning, they have each lost 10 grams with the exception of little Holly who has gained 10 grams. Should I be concerned, or is this something that's normal? Two of the kittens are 4 weeks today, four will be 4 weeks Monday/Tuesday, and the other four will be 3 weeks Wednesday/Thursday.

I'm not a breeder so will do my best .Have you tried giving the kittens top formula milk and kitten food if your not weaning or increase the amount of food and feeds if you have started weaning.

How are they doing now? Have you introduced mushy kitten food? Mine started on that between 3 1/2 - 4 weeks. Some will take to it right away and others won't. Keep us updated on how they are.

They started gaining again, no idea what happened. They all seem to be doing well again. I have tried to introduce both KMR in a bowl and some mushy food... they just walk away, they are absolutely not interested yet, but that's ok.

lossing a small amount of weight at this age i have found to be ok , as their getting so much more active , as long as its not a huge drop or they dont start gaining again ,then all should be ok. im glad they are gaining again.
