I have no idea how this happened, but I discovered my husband's shoes in the bathroom near the litter box this morning with their laces chewed off. Now, I found bits of the laces leading to the scene of the crime, so it must have been a long operation. I think it had something to do with him stepping in duck poo last night, and 8-Bit finding this offensive.

What am I to do?

Over the river and through the woods...
Ummm...clean the shoes and get a new pair of laces!
I'm still looking for my other slipper. I don't know if it was the cats or dogs, but I'm betting on the cats. Of course, now they the shoe is considered a "toy", you may have to put them in the closet for a while.

Buy new shoelaces and clean the shoes, not much else you can do.

He's such a little brat. I swear, I knew he was going to do something because he gave the "Ewwww" face when DH and I walked through the door.

I think Benson is taking some tips from 8-bit. He just started attacking shoes this week and trying to carry them around.
The first time we caught him, DH went to pick him up and Benson had the shoe string in his mouth. It was so funny seeing the shoe hanging there. DH had no clue why I was rolling on the bed laughing. DH had to hid them all in the closet.
