Which Food?

I have a questions right now we are feeding Camaro, Natures Variety. I can tell she likes it but the pieces are on the larger side. I got a few sample packs of wellness kitten and I have given her some and she likes it. I don't know if I should switch her to the wellness or just stay with the nv. She is pregnant inwhich I feel bad she got out when I was in WI helping my mom with my dad who was in the hosiptal. I didn't know she was untill last week when I noticed her nipples were getting huge. So any help on the food would be great. Thank you :-)

Both are good foods ... How old is she??

Not all the way sure I would guess she is about a year old. She picked our house to be hers one day. For our dogs we use NV but wasn't sure if it was better or worse then the Wellness when it comes to cats. I can't find good research on cat food like I did on the dog food.
