The pictures are too blurry to tell how bad, but that gecko looks very skinny.
Tails should not be that thin. It may even be dehydrated.
If you see it around or on you again and can safely scoop it up with an empty cup, will you put it outside?
It's fairly easy to get them to run into a container, you slowly put it down infront of the gecko then move your other hand up behind. Provided that the container/cup is dark the lizard should naturally run into it to hide.

He's so tiny because he's a baby. Maybe 1 1/2 inches long. We get them in the house all the time. He was in my robe a little while back. He gets water because he's been spotted in the sink and near the tubOriginally Posted by strange_wings
