I think I remember getting a letter from them when I graduated from high school, and it sure seemed like a scam to me then.
I just remember reading the letter about being included in the "Who's Who" book of graduates, but you had to pay them like $50 to have your name included (and more to include your accomplishments, etc.).
Granted, I have only worked for small companies, but I sure haven't seen anything about that kind of book around my office.
