I guess it was for a good cause. That lady's boyfriend, who was the bidder was probably well thanked for his gift to her, nudge, nudge....

Oh, my. I'm embarrassed to admit that I would have done it, too. Clooney is the real thing -- not just an incredibly attractive man, but also an extremely intelligent, gifted, warm, and thinking person.

So I know they exist! Where's mine?

And he's a Greenie!! He drives a Prius, and also has a Tango - a fully electric "run around" car:



And I believe he also just bought a Tesla - the first electric sports car. He does a huge amount of work for environmental causes, and I applaud him for using his star power for something so worthwhile!

I never thought he was the most gorgeous man on Earth, but he's definitely sexy, makes good movies (I'll excuse him for Batman...), and uses his power for good rather than evil

You guys are too funny! No, there's no money missing from the diocese and I haven't been working a second job. This one's keeping me busy enough.

All I can say is I wish I had that kind of money and really, really wish I was that lucky lady. Guess I'll have to settle for my George calendar, which is still on Jan. '06 because it's my favorite picture of him.

I love George too and have been a fan since he was on Sisters, does anyone remember that show. Anyway I would pay the big bucks but I would need a lot more than a kiss, wink wink.
