skin cancer

I know some white cats can get sun burn on noses and ears, and sometimes skin cancer, does anyone have any pics of what this would look like? As cat i am getting has a lil black patch on his nose, and dunno if its normal or not. owner says its the markings, but i just wana be sure. any help would be great, thanks.

Do you know if the black is part of the hair or just the skin? If it's always been there and hasn't changed size or shape, I would think it is just a marking.
