Anyone have a good brownie recipe? I am CRAVING them right now!!!
I really love the brownies they sell at Chick-fil-a if ya'll know what i'm talking about. They're really moist and yummy and on top is a really thick chocolately icing with nuts in it. The only chocolate i have in my house right now is hot chocolate mix and chocolate syrup- could i use that??

These are really really good!

Lazy Gourmet Brownies

1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
3 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts, optional

Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter over medium heat in a medium saucepan.
Turn heat off.
Add sugars and cocoa, stirring constantly.
Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well.
Sift flour and baking powder together. (I didn't do that )
Add all at once to chocolate mixture.
Add vanilla and walnuts. Mix well.
Pour mixture into buttered 9X13 pan.
Bake 30 min or until firm.

Dust lightly with powdered sugar or frost with your favourite chocolate icing!

Check out Hershey's website! I love their brownies. You can buy the premix stuff too. Found it at BJ's the first time. I know Target carries it too.

ETA: Don't cook it fully, that way it will still be gooey and moist.

I can vouch for the Lazy Gourmet recipe. It is the house brownie recipe here, and comes from a shop called The Lazy Gourmet here in Vancouver. In the shop and in Susan Mendelsohn's book, they are actually called "Money Back Guarantee Brownies", but it's the same recipe, and they are to die for.

I don't have the exact recipe, but i use a chocolate cake mix, add a bag of chocolate chips, 2 eggs.. and vegatable oil I think.. forget how much. Very simple and very tasty if I do say so myself
