Well, for those who don't know I put a post on the pregnant cats and kittens page. I was worried about one of my little 6 day old kittens. I took my baby kitten, Braveheart, into the vet today. We were going to try to tube feed him because over the night he got too weak to nurse from mommy and I was scared to use the syringe (I didn't want it to go into his lungs). Anyways, they ended up getting him to eat two whole syringe fulls of cats milk. When I got home I noticed he had started to bleed a little from his behind again. I cleaned it and got him warm, then I had to go into town. I got back about 3 hours later, and I went straight up and got him. As soon as I pick him up I knew he wouldn't last long. He started to purr like he always did whenever I picked him up. I had held him for no more than 5 mins when he passed on while was holding him in my hands. Do you think he was holding on and waiting for me to get home before he died? I loved Braveheart so much. Please pray for Braveheart, me, the mommy, and Braveheart's sister! Thank you all so much for trying to help. At least he's not suffering anymore.
