I'm thinking of just heating up a frozen freschetta pizza in the oven (colin's at work tonight so it's just me and the furbabies!) or making some baked chicken with orzo and a spinach salad. What are you having for dinner tonight?

Nuh uh...might give me away!
Tonight we're making what we call a "hobo dinner." It's smoked sausage on top of potatoes, onions with a bit of butter and some water for moisture, all wrapped in aluminum foil. It can be cooked on the grill or in the oven.

We're having Chicken Marsala and rice. It has a whole bunch of ingredients but it is very easy to make.

It's turning warm here, it's supposed to be 90 tommorrow. I just made a big salad and put some baked chicken and cheese in it.

I just marinated the chicken breasts- i think this recipe is going to be yummy!!
As far as seasonings go i added : sage, oregano, garlic powder, spicy season all, salt, pepper, dill. and i used italian breadcrumbs for the bread crumbs. it's sitting in the fridge for a few minutes to really marinate! I can't wait for dinner tonight
I'm going to make some orzo with garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and dill to go with it

In the water I just put a tad of salt and a little bit of sugar- it really sweetens up the corn, and its soooo yummy! Oh, can't forget the TONS of butter!

I made Mackenzie's Asparagus Pasta from the Cooking with Cattitude Cookbook!

I added a bit of turkey to it and it was yummy.

Yeah I have never tried the potatoes. I usually make potatoes with a bit of oil and some seasoning on it or just a pasta sidedish.
