so my cat, snickers, just had kittens on early sunday morning (yay) but there's one kitten that seems to be much smaller than the others. I was wondering, if I started to bottle feed the smallest, will she ever go back to nursing off the mother or will I have to continue to bottle feed her? Also, any recommendations of what to feed her, or what I need to feed her. I'm new at this and any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks and have a purrfect day!

im not sure if she will continue to eat from her mother or not, but the vet told me i should feed my foster kitten KMR bc it is high in nutrients and fat. you can find it at any pet store and youll also need a syringe to feed or a bottle make to feed kittens =) hope all goes well with your babys

as long as shes eating well off mom, i would let her continue. IF you see shes not gaining weight, to mom isnt feeding her, then i would supplement with KMR mixed with a bit of bottled water, cause KMR tends to constipate. Good Luck with the lil one!!!!!
