I have just taken this Quiche out of the oven, anyone want to come for lunch?

Call me stupid (or neglected), but I've never had a quiche and don't even know what's in them. What is it?

I have heard of quiche but never tried them. I will have a sample piece please!

It's been years since I had quiche, that sounds really good. Here in the States they have kind of fell out of favor. They were really trendy in the 70s and 80s. That's probably why some of the younger members in the States haven't heard of them.

thanks, but hubby smoked some chicken yesterday, so I have a smoked chicken sandwich on a fresh cheese bagel for lunch.

Mmm, yummy! I love quiche, we have quiche and salad nearly every saturday night when I'm at my nannans house, she makes really nice ones.
