I'm sorry...forgive me if I lost track, but how is her poop? Is she pooping regularly? Recently? The top 3 reasons I can think of for vomiting, given her age and situation are constipation, the antibiotics, or worms.

The vomiting started before the antibiotics, though...right? And which liquid did the vet put on her neck? Some of those treat worms and some don't.

If she hasn't been pooping, my guess would be that she's constipated. That causes vomiting when it's bad.

yeserday...poop was white and loose-becoming runny. Now today - it is pink(think b/c of the amoxicillen) and runny...nothing solid. Poop was already becoming runny before antibotics which started last night around 600pm. The stuff that he put on her neck was for fleas and ear mites...not worms.
They did not check for worms- no sample. Asked when I got one to bring it in.
Her temp was also 104.5 at the vet.

I would call the vet back and tell them how she's doing. The vomiting and runny stools will dehydrate her. Almost all kittens are born with roundworms.

Was the stuff on her neck "Revolution"? That treats roundworms. It's the only one that treats ear mites as far as I know...but there may be a new one that does too. That may be what he used.

I would definitely call the vet back. I'm sorry she's still sick.

Also, sometimes runny stool can get around hard stool in the colon, so both diarrhea and constipation can go on at the same time, although from what you said I suspect that's not what's going on.

She's still underweight for her age - most times you figure approximately a pound per month old - which means she should weigh about 2 pounds - so she is very underweight.

Considering all she's been thru (age, malnoutrition, etc.) its a wonder she's still living! I hope she comes around soon and starts picking up weight - you have a lot on your hands to bring her back.

question...if she had worms...wouldnt they show up on an xray? She had an xray yesterday at the vets as well...I guess he was checking for some sort of blockage.

No, not on an xray. They pretty much need to test the stool sample to be sure. In a very mild case, they can even be missed in the fecal test. But such a mild case wouldn't be causing the cat diarrhea and vomiting either.

Right after worming, you normally see some live roundworms in the stool. Alot of times, I haven't seen any worms until after worming..then they pass out in the stool for a day or two and I see them then.

Based on what you said, I suspect there's more going on that worms. But if she hasn't been dewormed, then there's really no need for a test IMO. It just needs to be done - but only with meds from the vet. The stuff at the store is ineffective and in some cases, dangerous.

Well it seems like Bella is getting better
She still hasnt ate on her own but just looking at her, she doesnt have that "sick" look about her anymore. Yes, the medication that the vet gave her was the Revolution.
I think that her resp infection is getting better as well. But now I can hear her grunting sometimes-like the cold is up in her sinus cavity (which the eye drops are fighting)...I would think and hope that she is fully recovered by Monday/Tuesday. The amoxicillin is 5-7 days -figure I would give it until I ran out...just to make sure.
This morning when I was giving her some medication-(amoxicillin)...you could tell she didnt want any...she bit my finger - plus this morning she was a lot harder to hold still - getting her strength back!

Im hoping that today she will start eating on her own - right now she is sleeping (too early)
-
wish I could be sleeping as well.

I have noticed last night and some this morning that once she gets done using the bathroom she wipes her butt on the floor (Ive see dogs do this..but never cats)...is she just trying to get the poop off (still has diarrhea) or is it something else?
If she does have worms- will the Revolution medicine that she got Wed take care of it?

I have found Revolution to be pretty effective for roundworms, so yes - they should be clearing up. It's a good idea to follow up 4 weeks later. Your vet may suggest doing it a bit earlier, as a worm life cycle is slightly shorter than that time frame...so it may be necessary to treat again a bit early and/or treat with some "worm specific" medicine rather than the general topical treatment she got.

The butt scooting is normally either because of worms or anal sac issues. Two things....Revolution doesn't treat tapeworm, which a lot of kittens and cats have because they can get that from ingesting fleas while grooming. It only takes one flea, if it's the right flea. You might talk to the vet about that. I have had cats that scoot because of tapeworms.

The other thing is that a good firm/normal stool should naturally express the anal sacs in cats. Anal sac issues aren't nearly as common in cats as they are dogs, but it does happen. A short bout with soft/runny stools is enough to aggravate that. When they scoot, they are trying to express the glands.

Either way, it's an itchy butt and not normal - might want to mention it to the vet.
