Well, I thought id do the honours today as most of you would most probably be still sleeping!

Its 9:50 am, and I got up really early for once! Already had breakfast and I'm about to start doing the housework before i go to work later on this afternoon!

Its a beautiful sunny day here and very warm!

6pm on the dot and Simpsons about to start. Went into the city for some kitty toys/water bowl, hippie skirt and got Lush Alkmaar soap for mum. And if i dont find fingerless mittens tomorrow i will throttle someone! Gloves yes, fingerless gloves yet, mittens yes...meh. The only ones i saw were kiddie sized ones!

It's back to being a bit cool outside. I think i might be coming down with a cold so i'm trying to nip it in the bud asap by taking cold/flu tablets because i'm at Gils on friday

Not much else going on today.
Tomm. is my neice and adopted Daughter's High School Graduation.WOO HOO!!!!

Omg mum wont put the heating on she says its too expensive but we havent had it on in ages and the cold weather has come earlier and im dressed like an eskimo and still cooooold and we only have it on for 1/2 an hour to warm up the room omg im going to turn into an emmasicle!!

Its going to be a beautiful day today and i get to go to the beach for lunch with my boss

I am going to be renting car today so I can manage without my car...I have put an offer on a Toyota Corolla - 2001 with only 67000kms on it..Hopefully my mechanic gives it the thumbs up

I don't normally post here, but today is a special day, because it is Tiffin's birth day - literally. And so my day began at 2.0 AM and I am in a slight daze. Having already had the plumber and the kitchen installer visiting (and looking at the new arrival) I am expecting a number of people this afternoon who want to see him. And I am ashamed to confess that it is now 13.30 and I haven't cleaned my teeth yet, let alone had a shower! I smell of stables and poo. But I am happy!

Good morning!

I kept dreaming last night that I was leaving for Japan today, but had forgotten to buy my plane ticket, pack and reserve a hotel.

Ah well, back to reality. I'm not going to any other country right now... this week is supposed to be sunny, warm (but not humid) during the day and cool at night. Who would want to leave in a time like this?

So I'm feeling alright for now. I need to send out a few resumes today. See, to motivate myself, I've decided to bribe myself... for every resume I send, I allow myself a small amount of guilt-free spending money. And now I'm trying to finance my new vegetable garden.

I made $5 so far. But I'll finish preparing my cover letter today... resumes sent with cover letters pay a higher rate

Yeah, that's silly. But whatever works, huh?

Damp, dreary and cold here this morning....crappy weather ughhh. Fairly busy day planned so not to much time for doodling this morning. Going to take a look at the new apartment I may be getting shortly, then it is off to work for a bit. I have go into the dentist late this afternoon to have some work finished yaaaaaa. I will be extremely happy to have that over and done with...Then I have a very hoooott date with my bathtub...Oh such a glamorous life..

Thank goodness it is only a 4 day work week. Hubby just called to say that he made an appointment to see the dr tonight (yeah). I really enjoyed my long weekend (mostly). The weather was lovely and the kids and I spent plenty of time in the backyard (sandbox) and at the park.

Hey Everyone!

Officially only 5 more working days until i'm unemployed! I can barely tolerate being here. They stuck me in the furthest away corner office and gave me "slush" work to do today. And I am told I am here for the next 5 days. I swear I could get up and leave and no one would even notice I was gone. Does anyone want to meet me for Nacho's and beer?
