Help- New Kitten Problems!

Okay, so we got this kitten from these kids that was clearly too young to be away from its mom. we got him home and immediatly realized that he has some problems. he cant eat solid food- he's probably about 4 weeks old so that's normal, so we just got him eating some formula, but he's still only peed once today and hasn't pooped at all since we got him. i've tried the whole rubbing a wet warm cloth on his butt and massaging his belly but it hasn't seemed to work. He doesn't look bloated yet, but i am getting very worried. any suggestions- do i need to get him to a vet right now?

What kind of formula do you have? I would think maybe taking him to a vet ASAP might not be a bad idea, just to have the vet show you how to do everything. Make sure when you feed your baby, keep him flat on his stomach.

How long have you had him? If he has not pooped in 24 hours, then yes, get him to a vet so the vet can get him to poop.
