Hi!!!

Hi! My name is Shannon and i am a proud new mom of a 9 week old kitten name Dusty, or as i like to call him, Dusty Buckets! He is such a cutie and i have had him for about 1 1/2 weeks! I am completely in love with him, he is my baby! He lovesss to play under everything and comes out allll dusty (hence the name)!

I adopted him from a local rescue group after adopting a dog. After getting radar, i did a lot of research about sheltered animals and i was saddened by the fact that there are so many homeless cats! so i decided to help out and adopt my very own!!

Dusty is a medium haired, all grey, green eyes kitten! Of course i think he is beautiful! Because he is medium haired he has lots of longer uneven hair that make him look even more like a little dust ball! And when he comes out from under my bed, dust is stuck on those long hairs! SO CUTE!!!

I joined this site bc i want to make sure that Dusty gets the best care and now i get to look at all of your cute cats this is my FIRST CAT, i have had dogs, but never a cute kitten! Dusty is prettty much amazing and i completely obsessed!


So any advice on new kitten care is very much needed!

My kitten Blossom is now 8 1/2 months & I've had her since 3 weeks. Be prepared, they grow up soooooo quickly. He sounds just like the cats I love best. While growing up I had a 1/2 grey persian named Fluffy. When my 2 oldest boys were young my husband bougth me a silver shaded persian, Smokey, he looked like the cat in Stuart Little. My 15 y/o torty, Coco, is semi-long coat & when my son found Blossom, I thought, aw well I'll just have to be happy with a short coat. But, was I wrong. She has the most amazingly fluffy tail, she looks like a minature Maine Coon.
Can't wait to see pictures!
