I hope this makes sense cause I am confused myself. For certain plug-ins to work you have to download some .dll's & place them in the windows folder. I forget what it is. I think the name begins with an M. I recently reinstalled paint shop pro and all the sites I used to visit are shut down. I hope someone understands me & can help so I don't go completely nuts here.
