How sad. The Snowbirds are scheduled to be in our area next month for the Freedom Festival.

It is always unfortunate when something like this happens. There as a crash a few yrs ago here where I am, just before we lost our airshow, and the snowbirds were grounded, so it left something missing from the program. I love the airshows, great way to actually see the fighter jets up close. Love the performances too. Wishing we could get our airshow back. Maybe if I won the lottery ............

If they keep the date, look for them to do a fly by in V formation with an empty spot for their fallen commrad.

yup, missing man formation. Always a tragedy.
